Help us fill our STAFF SUPERSTAR Board and spread the love this February! 💫 Located in the teacher workroom, the Staff Superstar Board is where staff shout out one another, and each month winners are drawn to select a treat from our Staff Star Bar. For February, we want to invite students and families to help us recognize the amazing people who make our school so special. ❤️ Your student’s assignment: Have your child write or type a few brief sentences to their favorite teacher (past or present) or any school team member—and don’t forget our specialists, office staff, and support staff! 📧 Please email your student’s message to Mrs. Doss at adoss@randolph.k12.nc.us. She will make sure each note is shared, displayed on the Staff Superstar Board, and read aloud at our February staff meeting. Snow days are extra special through a child’s eyes ❄️ Tonight, ask your child: What was your favorite part of the snow days? Was it playing outside, cozying up inside, or a bit of extra family time? 💙 We can’t wait to hear their response!

Tomorrow (1/26/26) is not a remote learning day for the RCSS. Tomorrow (1/26/26) will be our first day missed which is a built in weather day. We will not use the remote packets unless we use all five built in days. In the event we need to use a remote day, Dr. Gainey will state that on the alert call he sends out. Remote packets were sent home Friday (1/23/26) in the event we use all five days this week and need to start remote days next week.
